This year was another positive year for IGCSE results for the DIS Year 11 students. It also heralded another successful year for IB results and university applications for AFEF students at DIS and UAS.
Deira International School IGCSE Results 2023:
“These are spectacular results of which I know our whole community will be incredibly proud. In a year when it has been expected for results to dip, Deira International School has bucked the trend achieving record results yet again. With 56% of all grades at A*/A, and 2/3 of the cohort achieving 3 or more A*/As, the school has demonstrated that top grades are achievable by all. I want to congratulate our Year 11 cohort and look forward to their continued success as they embark on their IB studies in the new term” – Mr Simon O’Connor, Chief Education Officer / Director

Deira International School IB Results 2023
‘I’m delighted to pass on my congratulations to all of our graduating IB cohort for this year. They’ve produced excellent results which are testament both to their commitment and hard work, as well as the continual support which they have received from both the teachers and their parents over their years at school. I would like to thank the DIS staff who have worked tirelessly to support all students and the fruits of these efforts are seen today.
Our DIS students will now progress to many of the highest ranked universities around the world, where I know they will continue to thrive and change the world. We wish them the very best of luck and cannot wait to hear of their future successes’ – Mr. Simon O’Connor, Director
